In addition to our mission at THINC@BCM to innovatively discover early therapeutics, we look to inculcate a thriving scientific culture in our center here at Baylor College of Medicine. We believe that scientific innovation can be expressed most impactfully when individuals are supported to maximize their potential. At each THINC Trainee Seminar, topics will be presented that help our members and affiliates grow as both scientists and as individuals.
